Obituary of Edwin B Knight

Edwin B Knight, age 78, of Fort Myers, passed away August 11, 2013 in Fort Myers. He was born Feb. 15, 1935 in Fort Myers, FL, to the late Earl E and the late Myrtle Ann (Thomas) Knight. He served in the Navy from 07/09/1952 to 12/12/1955. He is survived by four daughters; Marcella Bryant, Karen Mitchem, Sherrie Ortagus and Candy Pope. He was preceded in death by daughter Jeanette Knight-Brooks. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 11:00 am at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Fort Myers with Chaplain Chuck Wester officiating. Interment will be Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Alva Cemetery, Alva. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 AM - 11 AM at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Fort Myers, FL.
