Obituary for: Virginia Lou Walter Virginia Lou Walter, age 80, of LaBelle, passed away July 18, 2010 in Lehigh Acres. She was born July 31, 1929 in Oblong, IL, daughter of the late Harlan and the late Frances (Frasier) Johnson. Virginia worked as a school teacher until retirement. She was a resident of LaBelle since 1993. She was active in the Moose Lodge and volunteered at the Hendry County Sheriff's Office, The Barron Library and the LaBelle Chamber of Commerce. She is survived by her son: Timothy Alan (Bridget) Walter of LaBelle. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Donald E. Walter. Cremation was at Caloosa Crematory in LaBelle.
