Obituary of Stanley Jackson Jones

Stanley Jackson Jones, age 96, of LaBelle, passed away May 16, 2016 in LaBelle. He was born Aug. 5, 1919 in Okeechobee to the late Thomas Jackson and the late Virginia (Raulerson) Jones. Stanley was a veteran of the Army and served during WWII. He worked for many years as a commercial fisherman. Survivors include sons: Howard Jones and wife Sharon, Lloyd Jones and wife Mae and Robert Jones, daughters: Hazel White, Paula Laka and husband Henry and Linda McCormick and husband Brad, numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertie Mae Jones in 2014. A memorial service will be held on a later date. Cremation Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
