Ciro Angel Cecilia, age 75, of Moore Haven, passed away November 27, 2016 in Okeechobee.
He was born Sep. 21, 1941 in Havana, Cuba, to the late Angel Mario Cecilia and Emilia (Mendez) Cecilia.
He is survived by his mother: Emilia Cecilia and three sisters: Zeida Cecilia of Miami, Fla., Giannina Longmire of Miami, Fla. and Elizabeth Williams of Clewiston, Fla.,
