He was born Dec. 13, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI, to Robert A. and Agnes (Graczyk) Mueller.
Survivors include his wife: Jacquelynne Alyce (Heinen) Mueller, son: Carl N. Mueller, Jr., daughters: Dawn M. Cole, Sandra L. Avello, Kerry S. Mueller, Robin A. Ramirez, Shari L. Massucco and Tracey A. Palame,of Robert A. and Agnes (Graczyk) Mueller,
brother: Robert Mueller, Jr., sister: Katherine Prepodnik, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
