Obituary of Gregory Allen Kelly

Gregory Allen Kelly was born Sep. 30, 1966 to Martha Altman and Rayford Kelly in Haleyville, Alabama. He attended high school in Haleyville and then worked in the logging industry. In 1991 Greg moved to Florida and worked in the trucking industry as a driver and dispatcher. In 1992 he married Merry Christmas from Immokalee. They have three daughters Jessica, Michaila and Shelba. Greg adored his three girls and he was a big family man. He was blessed with one granddaughter, Jaydee and two grandsons, Jensen and Masen. Greg was a very kind person that could get along with anyone. He had a heart of gold and always managed to find the good in everyone. On March 9, 2017, God called him home. Greg is survived by his wife: Merry, three daughters: Jessica, Michaila and Shelba, three grandchildren: Jaydee, Jensen and Masen, his mother: Martha McCarley, his sister: Clarissa Martin, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father: Rayford Kelly and his brother: Dennis Kelly. A Celebration of Life was held Wednesday, March 15, 2017, 10:00 am at Christ Central, LaBelle with Pastor Mitchell Wills officiating. Interment was in Fort Denaud Cemetery, LaBelle. Visitation was Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, LaBelle, FL. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
