Obituary of Carolyn Jeanette Thomas

Carolyn Jeanette Thomas, age 83, of Okeechobee, passed away February 1, 2018 in Okeechobee. Carolyn was born Aug. 18, 1934 in Moore Haven, FL, to Lawrence and Gladys (Williams) Journigan. She worked for many years as a real estate broker. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed by her entire family. Carolyn is survived by her son; David Thomas of Okeechobee, daughter; Donna Mayfield of Stuart, Angela Beechman of Okeechobee, ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, one brother Lynn Norman Journigan of Sebring. Carolyn's life will be celebrated on Friday, February 9, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in Ortona Cemetery. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.
