Obituary of Charles Melton Burress

Charles Melton Burress, age 77, of Moore Haven, passed away July 15, 2018 in Clewiston. He was born May 7, 1941 in Luray, TN, to William Alvin and Ora B. (Mayfield) Burress. Survivors include four sons: Chuck Burress, Jr., Timothy Burress, James Burress and Thomas Wayne Burress of Moore Haven, FL, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren and four step children: Kim, Mike, Davis and Charlie. He was grocery store manager for many years. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Moore Haven, Moore Haven.
