He was born Oct. 9, 1948 in Liverpool, England to the late Ludwig and Lily (Cuthberson) Kopecky.
He was a retired School Teacher.
Survivors include his husband: Arthur M Gallagher, one brother: Peter Kopecky and one sister: Jackie Dean. He was predeceased by his brother Robin Kopecky
