Obituary of Jeanie Miller

Jeanie Miller, age 77, of Clewiston died Saturday, April 16, 2011 at JFK Medical Center of Atlantis, FL. Jeanie was born May 19, 1933 in Mattoon, IL. She is the daughter of the late Nelson and the late Myrtle (Winnings) Myers. She married Robert Leon Miller Sr; he preceded her in death on July 2, 2008. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hookers Point. She was a stay at home wife and mother all of her life. She is survived by her two daughters: Debra Miller of Clewiston, FL, Diana L. Roland of Clewiston and three sons: John Miller of Clewiston, FL, Robert Miller, Jr(Susan) of Clewiston, FL, Jim Miller (Penny) of N Fort Myers, FL; ; she also has 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren Predeceased by her grandchild, Casey Miller. The funeral service was held 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 20 at Calvary Baptist Church, Corner Of Davidson & Gratton (Hookers Point), Clewiston, FL with Rev. David McClusky officiating. Interment was in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clewiston, visitation was held one hour before services. Arrangements were handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston. .
