He was born Oct. 1, 1934 in Marshall, MI, to the late Louis D and Mildred (Harden) Miller.
Survivors include his wife: Phyllis (Armour) Miller, son: William Miller Jr, two daughters: Victoria Susan Rustin and Julia Lynn Siporen, and 4 grandchildren.
He was an Owner of a Construction Company.
