Richard Weyman Martin, age 61, of Palmdale, passed away September 10, 2019 in Palmdale. He was born Dec. 7, 1957 in Sebring, FL, to the late Richard Rudolf and to Joyce (Gibbs) Martin. Survivors include: mother Joyce (Gibbs) Gillett one sister: Diann Roof He was a Heavy Equipment Operator. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
