Obituary of Gerald Francis Miller

Gerald 'Jerry" Francis Miller, age 78, of LaBelle died Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Hope Hospice-1201 Wings Way of Lehigh Acres, FL. Gerald was born May 2, 1933 in Deland, Indiana. He is the son of the late Edie Miller. He married Barbara Evans. He served in the United States Army. He was employed as a Supervisor for Keys Electrical Co-p, retiring in 1996. He is survived by his wife: Barbara (Evans) Miller; one daughter: Fawn (Jeff) Gilbert and one son: Terry Miller; Step-sons, Bee Townsend, Dan Townsend; eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by step-daughter, Sue Townsend; daughter, Corby Miller; daughter, Elizabeth Miller; son, Gary Miller. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 21 at Firehouse Cultural Center, 241 North Bridge Street, LaBelle, FL with Wayne Wilkins officiating.
