Obituary of John E. Pelham

John E. Pelham, age 84, of Clewiston, passed away December 20, 2020 in Clewiston. He was born Sep. 23, 1936 in Bonifay, FL, to the late John O. and the late Lennie Belle (Bradley) Pelham. Mr. Pelham married Leoda Marie Throop on August 1, 1960 in Belle Glade, Florida. He worked as a watch engineer for many years for U.S. Sugar Corporation and Bryant Corporation. He was a long time member of Clewiston Church of Christ Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by everyone who know and loved him. John leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years Leoda M. Pelham, sons; David and Kip Pelham, five grandchildren. Graveside service to celebrate John’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m., December 29, 2020 in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston
