Obituary of Lottie Gladys Jim

Lottie Gladys Jim, age 71, of Clewiston passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Lottie was born October 3, 1940 in Collier County in the Everglades. She is the daughter of the late Buffalo and the late Susie (Dixie) Jim. She was employed by the Ahfachkee School on the Big Cypress Reservation as a Teacher's Aide for 40 years, before her retirement a few years ago. She enjoyed children, especially her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is survived by her two sisters: Mabel Jim and Violet Jim; three brothers: Steven Jim, Noah Jim and Luis Jim; Nieces: Tina Jim, Rosie Jim, Jennifer Jim and Kiniah Jim; Nephew: Lenny Ray Jim; Great Nieces: Jade Jim and Ashley Jim; Great Nephews: Leighton Jim, Avahny Jim, Braden Jim and Ray Jim. The funeral service will be held 10:00 am on Friday, October 7 at Big Cypress First Baptist Church, CR 833 (Big Cypress Reservation), Clewiston, FL with Rev. Paul Buster officiating. Interment will be in Big Cypress Cemetery, Big Cypress Reservation. . .
