Obituary of Billie Gene Proctor

Billie Gene Proctor, age 85, of Moore Haven, passed away September 3, 2012 in Clewiston. He was born September. 16, 1926 in Commerce, OK, to the late Hile T. and the late Mabel (Foster) Proctor. He served during World War II in the Navy. Survivors include his wife: Verda Maxine (Martin) Proctor and three sons: Jerry (Jan) Proctor, Vernon (Judy) Proctor, Jim (Vicki) Proctor, fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Steve Proctor and daughter Marilyn Proctor. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Clewiston with Pastor Darrel Branham officiating. Interment will be in Ortona Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 1 hour prior to service at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Clewiston, FL. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.
