Obituary of Walter N. Henry

Walter N. Henry, age 94, of Moore Haven, passed away November 25, 2012 in Lehigh Acres. He was born Sep. 3, 1918 in Berea, KY, to the late John Simpson and the late Nellie Mae (Lawson) Henry. He served during World War II in the Navy from 06/21/1939 to 09/29/1943. He was a member of the Pioneer First Baptist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, swimming and making just about anything. Survivors include his wife: Margie Mae(Cooley) Henry and daughter Margie Nicholette Henry. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 am at Pioneer First Baptist Church. Interment was in Sarasota National Cemetery. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
