Obituary of Dink Maddox

Dink Maddox, age 79, of Deland, passed away February 18, 2014 in Orlando. She was born Mar. 8, 1934 in Okeechobee to the late William Thomas and the late Estelle (Scott) Rudd. Dink was a former, longtime resident of Clewiston. She was an active member of Evangel Assembly of God. Survivors include her son: Charles "Timmy" (Lisa) Morris of Deland, brothers: Robert L. (Mary) Rudd of Pine Island and Billy Rudd of Okeechobee, sister: Martha "Bea" (Charles) Weekley of Ocala and grandson: Christopher Morris. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Junior Rudd and Jerry F. Rudd. Funeral services were held Monday, February 24, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Evangel Assembly Of God, Clewiston with Rev. Bernard Browne officiating. Interment followed in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clewiston. Visitation was held for1 hour prior to funeral service at Evangel Assembly Of God.
