Obituary of Walter A Dietrich

Walter A Dietrich, Jr, age 88, of Clewiston, passed away August 14, 2014 in Pahokee. He was born Jan. 23, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, to Walter A and Mary (McBride) Dietrich, Sr. Walter was a member of Moore Haven Baptist Church, Moore Haven Lions Club, VFW Buckhead Ridge, Deland Lodge Loyal Order of Moose 1126, Big Pine Key Volunteer delivery of meals to seniors, Coast Guard Auxiliary and a Mason in Pennsylvania and Florida. He is survived by daughter: Marie C. Pheeney (Kevin), step-daughter: Nancy (Tom), sister-in-law: Lillian Dietrich, nieces: Mary Brown, Lynne DeGiosafatto, Susan Willis, Ruth Fiori, cousins: Leslie Le Compte, Walter Brit Le Compte, other family members: Jack Vogel, Kay & Wilbur Geiger, Norman & Jackie Pheeney, Herbert & Pam Pheeney, dearest friends: Dorothy Meyer & her son Doug Meyer, Judge Kirby Sullivan, Patricia Fox, and our Moore Baptist Church families. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother: George Dietrich, sisters: Mary Paul, Beatrice DeCara and niece Evelyn. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church Of Moore Haven, Moore Haven with Rev. Sherrill Tillery officiating.
